Office Hours:
Dr. Fleming works full days 4-5 days/week. Please call between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to schedule an appointment or to have any further questions answered.

Payment Methods: Checks or cash. Payment due at time of service unless a payment plan is established.

Insurance:
Coverage in Vermont is Limited. If trying to get insurance reimbursement, you will be given receipts with the necessary codes to be submitted. Worker's compensation and automobile accident coverage will cover acupuncture and naturopathic services. There are select other companies that will cover these costs, so it is best to consult with your insurer for the terms of your policy. In addition, acupuncture and naturopathic medicine can be paid for through flexible spending and health savings accounts (HSAs).

Confidentiality:
Patient confidentiality as required by state law is maintained at all times.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-emergent cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment or a cancellation charge may be billed to your account.

In-town directions:
Health Resolutions is easily found at 41 Main Street, on the south side near the bottom of the hill in Burlington. There is parking available behind our building that is more easily accessed off of King Street, which is parallel to Main Street, one block south. To find the parking lot, go to the end of Main Street, turn left onto Battery Street, left onto King Street and then turn into the driveway that is first on the left. The building is at the far right side of the parking lot. The entrance is to the left at the top of the porch steps.

Out-of-town directions:
From the South: Take I-89 North, exit at 14W, and follow Rte. 2, which will turn into Main Street, which runs toward the lake.
From the North: Take 89 South, Exit 14W, and follow Rte.2, which will turn into Main Street and runs toward the lake.
